Sunny Knoll participates in both with the Cornell Manure Management Center and the NYSERDA Combined Heat and Power (CHP) program. The third-generation family farm itself the farm sits on approximately 200 acres and is home to 1600 head of cattle. The cows are housed in three six-row free stall barns.
