TerraPass Gift Certificates

Gift certificates take the guesswork out of gift-giving. A TerraPass gift certificate can be applied to any of the carbon offset items we sell.* And gift certificates are perfect for last minute or long-distance shoppers. Electronic delivery is instantaneous and free.

Gift certificate delivery

You have two ways to deliver your gift certificate:

1. After choosing a certificate value, you will have the opportunity to include an email address and gift message for your recipient. The gift certificate will be sent to your recipient immediately.
2. Alternatively, you can leave the recipient blank for now, and the gift certificate will instead to be sent to you. You can then deliver it at a later time, or print out the gift certificate code and put it in a card.

How do you redeem a TerraPass gift certificate?

A gift certificate is a code consisting of a series of letters and numbers. For example:

TerraPass-xxx111-CERT-100

To redeem the code, follow these steps:

1. Add some products to your shopping basket.
2. When you're ready to buy, proceed through the checkout process.
3. On the second page of the checkout process (shipping & payment options), enter your gift certificate code in the form labeled "Gift certificate":

   

4. Click the "Redeem" button.
5. The gift certificate will be deducted from your purchase total. Any remaining value on your gift certificate will be held over for future purchases.
