TerraPasses in Texas and South Park?

Business Week
Many thanks to Martin Hughes for volunteering to talk to Business Week for this week’s feature article on green tags and TerraPass.

Some of you may have been wondering why Martin (or Houston) was selected as the customer location.

Here’s the inside scoop — the reporter assumed TerraPass was just a California thing, and we told her that actually we sell well all over the US, including Houston. Her challenge? Fine, let me talk to a Houston customer.

We emailed quite a few Texas customers, and within the hour, Business Week emailed us saying “Ok, enough. Please ask them to stop emailing me!” Here’s a toast to passionate TerraPass customers, wherever you may be.

South Park Hybrid
For a closer look at public perception of the California environmental movement, we can’t help laughing hysterically about last week’s South Park episode “Smug Alert” (itunes) . Suffice it to say George Clooney, hybrids and San Francisco are prominently featured.

They may really be interested in a customer in the New Orleans area that has off-set the emissions of a HUMMER!
