TerraPass on TMZ!Ed Begley, Jr. discovers a new use for TerraPass: repelling paparazzi.
This is three kinds of awesome: Ed Begley was cornered by a celebrity stalker outside LAX, and used the opportunity to plug TerraPass. Famous people, take note: paparazzi quickly scatter when you start delivering earnest sermons about carbon offsets into the camera. TerraPass is much cheaper than the lawsuit you’ll face after you start throwing punches. By all means, click the link, but a word of warning: if you’re easily scandalized by bottom-feeding celebrity gossip sites, ready your hankie and smelling salts. The ads featuring “Tila Tequila” are about the most tasteful part of TMZ. Comments

Ed Begley, Jr, being brilliant as usual. And so, I can't figure out why he's lately shilling for DirectTV, a Rupert Murdoch operation. Why, Ed, why? Is there a hidden virtue there that I didn't get the bulletin on, or is this an inexplicable lapse of judgment for you?

I have to admit that watching TMZ's TV show is one of my -- very occasional -- guilty pleasures. I actually caught the episode in which they aired Ed's clip.
Since I have a flight coming up, I decided that I HAD to have that luggage tag! My flight is only a short hop, but I bought an Intercontinental offset just so I could get the luggage tag. What a great incentive!
