How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping
Orders for store products over $75 ship UPS Ground free to the continental US. This offer does not include orders with offsets only (see below). Please select "Free ground shipping" from the shipping options menu.
All orders for offsets only ship free by First Class Mail. Please note that no tracking information is available for First Class Mail deliveries.
UPS Ground
Store orders under $75 are shipped UPS Ground for a fixed per-order charge of $6.
Expedited / UPS 2-day overnight
We will ship expedited orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. UPS 2-day overnight is charged at cost to us, plus a $2 handling charge. The expedited shipping cost will be shown at checkout,

When will I get my order?

We ship most orders from our offices in San Francisco, within two business days of the order being placed. Allow upto 7 days for First Class Mail. UPS Ground delivery times are shown on the map below:

International Orders

We offer a variety of international shipping options. First Class Mail is available for offset purchases. Items purchased from the TerraPass store should be shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS. We cannot be responsible for customs charges incurred by international purchases. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

What about the environmental cost of shipping all this stuff?

Packaging
Whenever possible we reuse old boxes and packing materials to ship your packages. We also purchase boxes with post consumer waste content and all of our packing peanuts are biodegradable or are being reused.
Shipping
We offset our shipping with offsets from the TerraPass carbon offset portfolio. We estimate the emissions based on WRI protocols. For more information about this, or for information about carbon balanced shipping for your own company then please get in touch at info@terrapass.com.

Returns

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

If the product is defective or you have been sent something in error, then TerraPass will cover the mailing charge and issue a return label. Please email support@terrapass.com before sending the item.

For all other returns, refunds will only be issued when the item has been received in our returns center. Please return the item in its original packaging, stating the order number and reason for return to:
