We ship most orders from our offices in San Francisco, within two business days of the order being placed. Allow upto 7 days for First Class Mail. UPS Ground delivery times are shown on the map below:
We offer a variety of international shipping options. First Class Mail is available for offset purchases. Items purchased from the TerraPass store should be shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS. We cannot be responsible for customs charges incurred by international purchases. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
If the product is defective or you have been sent something in error, then TerraPass will cover the mailing charge and issue a return label. Please email support@terrapass.com before sending the item.
For all other returns, refunds will only be issued when the item has been received in our returns center. Please return the item in its original packaging, stating the order number and reason for return to:
