Automatically Switched Outlets Don't Work, 08/26/2008

I recently purchased two Smart Strips. I followed the direction and the unit didn't work. I wondered by it only had 2 instructions and the last one stated if their were problems call techinical support and they will send another one. I guess they had so many problems they actually had to list it in the instructions.

I can not recommend this product.

The Smart Strip is wonderful! The only negative, and it is a small one, is the delay time for the cable to take effect once the TV is turned on.
