I Purchased this model from Home Depot, but was looking for a larger size. It comes with a plug in wall adapter, car charging adapter, 2 AA, & 2 AA batteries.
It was very loud & made a reving sound when used which was startling at first, since I've never heard a battery charger make such a noise.
The packaging didn't state how much power it uses (electric).
It charged the batteries nicely, but I would definitely recommend a larger charging device.
The Energizer batteries hold a charge quite well.
I only gave it a 3 rating, since it only charges a few batteries at a time. Also, because it was very noisy during charging.
I would recommend buying one of the other chargers that Terrapass sells.
